Future Building 2018
Future Building is an annual event designed to introduce students in grades 7-12, aboriginal youth, youth at risk and adults in career transition, to the building and construction industry. This unique three-day career exposition provides attendees with an interactive, hands-on experience using a variety of tools and techniques across many of the skilled constructions trades.
Future Building provides all attendees with the unique learning opportunity about the construction field by participating in a variety of hands-on demonstrations and speaking with industry professionals at different stages of their careers.
LiUNA Local 183 Training Centre , LiUNA Local 506 and the LiUNA Canadian Tri-Fund partnered together to offer hands-on displays for Bricklaying and Cement Finisher.
